Tech Fair Overview

6th KDDF Global C&D Tech Fair

The Korea Drug Development Fund (KDDF) is hosting the Global C&D Tech Fair as part of the Global C&D (Connect & Development) Support Program. The Global C&D Tech Fair aims to showcase excellent technologies from renowned overseas universities and research institutes in various pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields, which have been selected through expert evaluations. This event serves as a platform to introduce these technologies to domestic institutions and companies interested in technology transfer or research and development collaboration.
Through the Global C&D Tech Fair, the Korea Drug Development Fund (KDDF) not only provides technology brokerage services to facilitate the diffusion of Open Innovation in the domestic pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries but also creates a forum for discussions to enhance the advancement of the Global C&D platform.

The Showcase Session is a session dedicated to presenting key assets carefully selected from the diverse range of assets at the Tech Fair. These assets have undergone comprehensive evaluations considering market potential, business viability, technological excellence, feasibility for utilization, and results of preliminary demand surveys. During this session, the institution directly introduces the selected assets and conducts a Q&A session.

The Poster Session is a session dedicated to introducing outstanding assets identified from overseas universities and research institutes. It provides a display where key information, including Molecule Type, Therapeutic Area, and Development Stage, is presented for each asset, allowing for easy and comprehensive access.

The Partnering Session is a session designed for in-depth discussions through face-to-face meetings between representatives from domestic companies and international institutions. Building upon the assets introduced during the Showcase Session, these one-on-one meetings provide a valuable opportunity to explore potential business partnerships.
